Do we have to onboard every influencer as a vendor in our ERP?
No. You only onboard one vendor: Gigapay. We handle the individual relationships and verification behind the scenes, allowing you to pay 100s of creators through a single invoice and a sole-vendor contract.
How does Gigapay handle our tax reporting and form collection?
Gigapay acts as the Merchant of Record, assuming the primary relationship with the creator. This allows us to handle the applicable tax reporting required for the transactions.
- Tax forms: We eliminate the need for your team to manually collect, verify, and store W-9s or other local tax forms. We manage the data collection and verification (including KYC/KYB) behind the scenes.
- Tax Reporting: Our tax reporting services include global reporting for individuals, DAC7 reporting, and KSK data collection.
Who handles support if a creator has a question about their payment or onboarding?

What is your pricing structure, and are there fees for the creators?
Our enterprise pricing is designed to be transparent and scalable. Plans start at €279/month plus a 4.9% admin fee, with custom volume-based discounts available for high-growth brands.
How long does it take to get started and send our first mass payout?
You can send your first payout as soon as the contract is signed. Because Gigapay doesn't require a complex technical integration to get started, you can simply upload a CSV of your payout data and trigger hundreds of payments instantly. While we offer robust API integrations for long-term automation, our batch tool lets you run your first mass payout on the same day the contract is signed.
